Comfortable Lakefront house in the City in Ludington

This Great three Bedroom  home is located on Lincoln lake  about a mile from Lake Michigan Public Beach.and the Downtown area.

This unique waterfront property is perfect for a large family, it offers alot of privacy, roomy and large backyard for activities. The deck spans across the whole back of the house and offers plenty of opportunity for relaxing,sunning, entertaining and a  serene view of  wildlife on the lake.

Once inside the house, you will find a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful water view through two  large sliding glass doors . There is an eat in kitchen and large Great room.  There is a small bar area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The Guest bedroom  contains 2 full size beds  along with a full bath on this level. and the lower lever has a guest bedroom with 2 full size beds along with a twin bed in a private area , also with a full bath . Bed Linens and Bath Towels are to be supplied by you. Quilts, Pillows  Kitchen and Bath hand towels  are provided. All Beds have plush mattress pads. House has wireless internet.

The home is clean, well maintained and has a NON-SMOKING POLICY.  There is ample parking for watercrafts and multiple cars.

Nightly accomodations is limited to individuals ( 11max) listed on the contract. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required, along with submission of completed rental agreement.  Email for details.

50%percent of rent and deposit of 500.00 and 150.00 cleaning fee

along with submission of  completed rental agreement , guest registry and photo copy of your drivers license would secure your reservation. the final payment of the rent is due 2 weeks before arrival

Gus Macker weekend must be 25yr older to rent. 550.00 per night  No Parties allowed in the home this weekend. Deposit will be forfeited .
