This Great three Bedroom home is located on Lincoln lake about a mile from Lake Michigan Public Beach and the Downtown area.

This unique waterfront property is perfect for a large family, it offers alot of privacy, roomy and large backyard for activities. The deck spans across the whole back of the house and offers plenty of opportunity for relaxing, sunning, entertaining and a serene view of wildlife on the lake.

Once inside the house, you will find a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful water view through two large sliding glass doors. There is an eat in kitchen and Great room. There is a small bar area. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The Guest bedroom contains 2 full size beds along with a full bath on this level. The lower lever has a Guest bedroom with 2 full size beds along with a Twin bed in a private area, also with a full bath. Beach Towels are to be supplied by you. Linens and bath towels are provided. Some beds have memory foam mattresses. House has wireless internet. The home is clean, well maintained and has a NON-SMOKING POLICY. There is ample parking for watercrafts and multiple cars. Nightly accomodations is limited to individuals (11 max) listed on the contract. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required, along with submission of completed rental agreement, guest registry, and a copy of your drivers license.
