Condo is 670 sq. ft. and has a split floor plan with the bedroom having 2 queen beds and the  living room with foldout sofa bed. Linens are provided with 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets on the queen beds in master suite.The large bathroom has double sinks, an extra large shower, hair dryer, and towels for bath and beach. Kitchen has Corian countertops, full size refrigerator, icemaker, coffeemaker, 2-burner cooktop, toaster, microwave oven, pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils, and a three stool bar. Two flatscreen cable TVs with DVD players are in the living room and bedroom.   Ironing board and iron provided.15 minutes from Daytona Speedway and a 1 hour drive to Orlando attractions or St. Augustine. Publix grocery is across the street along with nearby restaurants and shopping.
