Beach cottage located in the Historic Pass-a-Grille area of St. Pete Beach.  4 doors to the Gulf of Mexico/2 doors to Boca Ciega Bay.  Great sunsets and sunrises, close to 8th Ave with shops, restaurants, fishing pier, sunset cruises and museum.  Tampa airport is 30 minutes away, and Busch Gardens, #1 family rated Lowry Park Zoo and Disney World are all close enough for day trips.

Cottage has central heat and air, ceiling fans in each room and tile floors throughout.  Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer are included.  Two private patios, one is fenced with an outdoor shower.  Queen size bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in second BR.  Living room has TV/DVD player.  Basic Cable included.

Publc transportation is nearby, as are public tennis courts.  Merry Pier offers charter fishing trips as well as shuttles to nearby islands and sunset cruises.

Maximum rates apply to rentals Dec. 1st through April 30th

Additional Fees:

Florida sales tax (7%) and Resort tax (5%)

$75 Cleaning Fee.

$350 Refundable Security Deposit (Returned within one week of departure)

$500 Non-refundable Reservation Deposit

Terms and Conditions:

Rentals are 7 night minimum with additional days of less than one full week prorated based on the single week rate.

Check in at 4pm and check out by 10am.  Smoking is permitted outdoors only in consideration of other guests.

Reserved weeks are held upon receipt of the $500 Reservation Deposit.  The balance of payment is to be received one month prior to arrival.  A payment request statement will be sent to you upon receipt of the Reservation Deposit.   Cashier's checks or personal checks only please.
