Vacation Rental Description

one year new, dramatic modern colonial home with 3 plus unique 
bedrooms with adjoining bath will impress you with it's thick rock 
arches, carved stone details, mutilple stained glass windows and all 
the Mexican colors and splendor you can imagine. The graceful living 
this house affords is complimented with it's solar heated swimming 
pool and spa, and the cabana comes equipped with a regulation size 
billiard table. Built for comfort and pleasure this magnificent home 
has 2 terraces for sunset viewing and relaxed outdoor entertaining. 
The Comfortable American furnishings with Mexican accents will warm 
your heart and give you that exotic flavor whether you leave the 
home or just stay on the property. The well equipped, huge, gourmet 
kitchen will please the likes of Jacque Pepin.It's like cooking in a 
treehouse with a panoramic view and granite countertops. You'll want 
to take Alicia, our wonderful resturant trained maid and cook, home 
with you after enjoying her warm hospitality and local cuisine. 
Includes maid/cook, gardner and weekly pool service.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Health comes first, and you'll appreciate our water purifying and 
water softener systems serving all water taps in main house or 
casita. 
This wonderfully designed home offers all the finest amenities. 
Enjoy night swimming in our solar heated pool and spa most times of 
the year. The regulation pool table in the cabana is great fun. Our 
treadmill will keep your heart fit.
Our detached, private 1 bedroom casita can be rented separately or 
in conjunction with the main house. It has a delightful upper 
terrace for sunset views and is well equipped and very comfortable. 
Full maid service is included 5 days per week.
Our covered 3 car garage offers safety and offstreet parking if 
you're driving.

Activities and Attractions

San Miguel is a wonderland of artistic and cultural activities. 
Educational and mind expanding classes from dance to drama to 
language are offered in small intimate venues. More activities are 
offered here than in most large metropolitan areas and all within 
easy walking distance at a price you can afford. Boredom is a 
position of choice in this charming city. Enjoy free nightly mariachi 
music 2 blocks away in our main Jardin. Attend concerts and enjoy 
cuisine from around the globe a block or two from home.

Vacation Rental Rates

Main house 1 week minimum ...$2,600.   Monthly $6,000. TO $7,000.
with detached 1 bedroom casita with kitchen, and upper terrace with 
great view ....weekly $500......monthly $1,000
Christmas and New Year's.....week $2,700.
Includes maid/cook service 5 days per week, gardner, and pool service.
