Weekend Rentals (if available) Weekly rentals take priority. We will accept weekend rentals no more than 30 days out during prime season.

High Season (Mid May - Mid September) $595/weekend (3 days, 2 nights)
Additional nights $100 per night

Holiday weekend $795/weekend (3 days, 2 nights)

Check in and out times MAY be flexible depending on other resrvations.

ADDITIONAL FEES for groups of more than 6 adults MAY apply. 21 or older required to be responsible party. No subleting. All residents must be noted on lease.

$100 cleaning fee in addition to rent (required).

Deposits
A Reservation/Security deposit is due at the time of reservation to
confirm your booking. Standard Deposit is $350 - this may vary due to number of guests or length of stay. The deposit must be received with the first rental fee payment (50%) within fourteen (14) days of the booking in order to hold your reservation. The balance is due thirty (30) days before the check-in date. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded upon inspection of the home after checkout. Reservations are not confirmed until a signed Rental Agreement, which includes the Rental Rules is received.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds
Refunds will be made for reservations cancelled at least thirty
(30) days before the check-in date. Cancellations
inside the thirty (30) day window will mean the forfeiture of the
security deposit.
