* 3,400 square foot 3 story split level house with the master bedroom on the 3rd floor, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, large covered patio on the 2nd floor and a full 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the first floor.

Pull up in your yacht to the 75 foot seawall, sunbathe on the sundeck or sandy beach area (man made for the kids on the side of the house), sit in the hot tub and watch the boats, manatees, and beautiful tropical birds and fish go by.  Or if you don't want the fish to go by and you want to catch dinner just put a line in from the boat dock and get your fresh catch.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are very large and located on the second floor.  The kitchen is well appointed with all the standard appliances and cookware, providing everything you might need to embark on your own culinary adventure. 

The house is 3 storys tall with a beautiful spiral wooden staircase on the 2nd floor leading up to the Master Bedroom Suite on the 3rd floor. 

Sliding glass doors open up from the dining room, the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom to outdoor large terraces essentially creating a most unique space for easy and carefree living.

The living areas are comfortably appointed with tasteful furnishings and decorator tile and carpet. A large screen TV is located in the living room so as not to totally lose contact with the world at large.

The open floor plan includes 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor with jacuzzi, seperate shower and bidet, two bedrooms on the second floor and the 4th bedroom on the 1st floor. 

Sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people include a king size bed in the master bedroom, kng bed in the 2nd bedroom, queen bed and twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom and queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas in the 4th bedroom.  The 4th bedroom is on the first floor and is a full 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with a full kitchen. 

(Rent just the 3 bedrooms 2 bath house or add the 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
