This apartment is centrally located. It is a few minutes from Times Square.

The location is second to none. A quiet retreat near all the action but on

a side street so you can sleep, if you choose to. There are so many

vacation dates fit into our schedule. We are able to offer up to 50% off on

certain dates. Cleaning Fee's range from $99 to $149 (one time fee) We also

have a few apartments that look very similar and keep our own calender so

please call us to check availability. If you are on a tight budget, we can

work with you, as all our apartments are negotiable. Booking and paying in

advance or a even a last minute booking can help your chances of receiving

further discounts.
