This simple one-level home includes an open floor plan with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths. Each room has a ceiling fan and unique, colorful hand-painted walls; some are murals and some are free-flowing swirls.

Off-Peak*: Nov 1-May 14 .... $115/night

• *Stays that include Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Eve are at Peak Season rate.

• A 3-night minimum stay is required on the major holiday weekends and a 2-night minimum stay is required during the rest of the year.

• Rates are for the first 2 adults. Add $15/additional person over 13 yrs old/night.

• 10% Sales and Tourism Tax is due in addition to the rents above.

• A $200 Security Deposit is required & will be returned if no damages occur.

• Pets are usually OK with prior approval @ $15/night or $90/week.
