Vacation in luxury at our 3,500 square-foot beachfront home in Newport Beach, California. Conveniently located ON the boardwalk, just steps away from the sand, the Pacific Ocean, and the Newport Pier, you are sure to have a great time.
This newly-built luxury home is a vacation renter's dream!
Our custom home, featuring five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, sits directly on the beach, with nothing but sand in between you and the ocean. The house is in the perfect location on the boardwalk- within walking distance from the restaurants and shops at the Newport Pier & biking distance to the Balboa Pier.
The 500 square-foot master bedroom, alone, is a sanctuary. It features a beachfront balcony, large plasma TV, and an amazing jacuzzi bath tub. The other four elegantly-decorated & furnished bedrooms each have one queen-size bed.
Our home is perfect for entertaining. You can people-watch, bbq, or sunbathe on the large patio; relax and unwind in front of the fireplace & plasma tv; challenge your friends to a game of pool; or watch the sunset with a cocktail in-hand from the master bedroom balcony.
The home is completely-furnished and equipped. It has a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, TV's with satellite access, DVD player, surround-sound stereo system, POOL TABLE, wet bar, outside shower, and other amenities to make your vacation that much more pleasurable.
