This three story Beach House is designed for you to just sit back and enjoy all that ocean and beach have to offer with a giant outside deck that wraps around the north and east sides of the house. Located directly on the white sand beach of Melbourne Beach with very low population that even on its busiest weekend you will see only a few others who have access to the beach.Overlooking miles of very quiet beaches which are nesting grounds for sea turtles. The white sand beach runs for miles and miles and is perfect for those long morning walks. Not a day goes by that you will not see Dolphins and Pelicans from the balcony. Oh and did I mention the amazing sunrises and sunsets. Known for some of the best sport fishing in Florida, fishing in front of the house is excellent. The NASA Space Center is just 45 minutes away and Disney World and Universal Studios is located just an hour and a half away.

Amenities include a large second floor deck which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and Beach. A walk way to the beach, TV's in all rooms of the house, cable, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Fire place, garage,barbeque grill, deck furniture, beach chairs. Internet, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker,microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, full size refrig. with freezer. All bedding,bath towels provided. Stereo system with cd player. In addition to the 2 seperate bedrooms there are also 2 Rollaways available that can be used in the over size Family Room. Just bring your tooth brush.

vacation rental rates
High Season Rate from November 1 through March 31 is $7000 per month.
Low Season Rate from April 1 through October 31 is $3300 per month.
All rentals require a cleaning fee of $150 and damage deposit of $250. Approved pets require a $1000 damage deposit.
