This Three bedroom home boasts of many special features and offers a perfect location. The home can be rented as a , 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom. The upstairs can sleep 8.  Laying at the corner of Dolphin Marina and Little Palm Island you'll vacation in one of Key's finest neighborhoods.  A 60 second trip down the canal will lead you to the ocean which offers immediate access to the Gulf or Ocean side plus the convenience of Dolphin Marina for fuel and ice.  Inside the home you'll find a well laid out kitchen, formal dining for six, and a charming living area the cathedral ceilings. Private screen enclosed porch. Bedrooms features a south facing porch which invites you to see a romantic sunset view.  Among the amenities you will find a spacious deck, hot tube, barbecue grill, fire pit, hammock, long chairs, tiki torches outside dining area and convenient fully enclosed outside shower access with dressing area. 

Our canal has a depth of 8 to 10 feet and a 40 foot dock.  The canal water in our area is beautiful clear and clean perfect for an afternoon swim or snorkeling.  You will find resident angel fish, parrot fish, snappers, lobsters and starfish.  You can also stop in for lunch or dinner on a boat to Paradise Bar and Grill, Little Palm Island or take a packed meal to our neighborhood sand bar. Minutes away from world renowned Looe Key where you will enjoy snorkeling with your family.  You can expect to find large coral head, yellow tail snappers, grouper and several different reef fish.

Known as the heart of the Keys a twenty minute drive to Marathon is ideal because it is quaint and peaceful but offers a multitude of restaurants, a variety of tourist attractions including the 'The Dolphin Research Center', and plenty of shopping. We also pride ourselves for the label 'sport fishing capital of the world' with exceptional tarpon fishing, a growing population of Blue Marlin, and many other species to choose from year round. The reef diving is ideal for beginner to intermediate level divers and the Gulf of Mexico offers shallow waters for great beginner level and child safe snorkeling. You may also appreciate the short distance to Key West, and the Airports of Miami and Fort Lauderdale are just over 2 hours by auto.

Key West is also a twenty minute drive south of Little Torch and discover a city where real estate titles date back to the Kings of Spain.
