Vacation Rental Description
Our spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath (upper) unit has long been a family
favorite on the Newport Beach peninsula with return vacationers year
after year. Located 1/2 block (4 houses) from the sand and
boardwalk, this upper unit of our vacation duplex is within reach of
the area's best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to
offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle
shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder.
This unit offers an ocean view from its oversized balcony which has
ample shaded seating, a patio table and a barbecue grill for outdoor
family meals. All four bedrooms contain wood-shutter window
coverings, ceiling fans, and are spacious, clean, and bright. All
rooms are decorated with a beach motif.
The master bedroom contains a king size bed and private bathroom; 2
of the bedrooms contain queen size beds; 1 bedroom contains 2 twin
beds. A queen size air mattress is provided for extra sleeping
accomodations.
Our lower 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit can also be booked
simultaneosly during the summer months, if available (refer to
listing #17481)

Cable TV (in living room and master bedroom), VCR, DVD, Stereo with
CD, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, Dishwasher,
Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Garage (one space per unit), Gas Grill
(BBQ), Laundry Room, and heated outdoor Sand Shower, Four (4)beach
chairs, Two (2) sand umbrellas, all bed and bath linens provided.

Vacation Rental Rates
$3200 per week: summer rates - includes bed tax/cleaning/linens
$3200 per month: winter 9-month lease (already booked for 2008-9)
An additional refundable security deposit will be required.
10 guests max/summer - 4 tenants max/winter
To reserve a summer 08 booking: 1/2 total amount required.
Balance due June 1, 2008.
Cancellation fees apply.
