Our spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath (upper) unit has long been a family
favorite on the Newport Beach peninsula with return vacationers year
after year. Located 1/2 block (4 houses) from the sand and
boardwalk, this upper unit of our vacation duplex is within reach of
the area's best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to
offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle
shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder.

This unit offers an ocean view from its oversized balcony which has
ample shaded seating, a patio table and a barbecue grill for outdoor
family meals. All four bedrooms contain wood-shutter window
coverings, ceiling fans, and are spacious, clean, and bright. All
rooms are decorated with a beach motif.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed and private bathroom; 3 of the bedrooms
contain queen size beds; A queen size air mattress is provided for extra sleeping
accommodations.

Our lower 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit can also be booked
simultaneosly during the summer months, if available (refer to
listing #17481)

Wireless Internet, Cable TV (in living room and master bedroom), VCR, DVD, Stereo with

10 guests max/summer - 4 tenants max/winter
To reserve a summer 2010 booking: 1/2 total amount required.
Balance due June 1, 2010.
