We can customize and configure our Upper Unit with either 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms to accommodate your specific needs and vacation budget:

2 Bedroom: $165/night - accommodates up to 4 persons max
3 Bedroom: $295/night - accommodates up to 6 persons max
4 Bedroom: $225/night - accommodates up to 10 persons max

Our spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath (upper) unit has long been a familyfavorite on the Newport Beach peninsula with return vacationers yearafter year. Located 1/2 block (4 houses) from the sand and boardwalk, this upper unit of our vacation duplex is within reach of the area's best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder.

This unit offers an ocean view from the balcony which has ample shaded seating, a patio table and a barbecue grill for outdoor family meals. All four bedrooms contain wood-shutter window coverings, ceiling fans, and are spacious, clean, and bright. All rooms are decorated with a beach motif.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed and private bathroom; 3 of the bedrooms
contain queen size beds; A queen size air mattress is provided for extra sleeping
accommodations.

We now offer beach cruiser bicycles (men's & women's styles) and kids' trailers (single & double) for rent to our guests at very competitive prices. Pricing includes helmets, locks & delivery/pick-up of bikes. Make arrangements prior to your booking dates, and we can have the bikes on-site in time for your arrival.....and even better, you don't have to return them anywhere else.....we'll take care of everything!

Our lower 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit can also be booked
simultaneously, if available (refer to listing #17481)
