Fox Hollow Cottages in Naples

Fox Hollow Cottages,well groomed with 600 ft. of shore frontage,is a
quiet retreat nestled in the woods of Naples which sits on the east
shore of Brandy Pond. A mile off Rt. 302, a short distance from
Naples Causeway and Naples Golf and Country Club. Brandy Pond
provides a continuous waterway to Long Lake and Sebago Lakes for many
hours of pleasant boating. Access to Sebago Lake is through the
historic Songo Locks and Songo River. All cottages have spectactular
water and mountain views. There is 355 feet of sandy beach , 650 feet
total waterfront, private boat dock, swimming raft and the use of a
canoe, 12 foot rowboat and 2 kayaks for experienced vacationers only.
All watercraft usage is free of charge. Picnic tables and a fireplace
for outdoor cooking are located on the beach. The beach provides a
perfect getaway with it's comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas and
tables for your convenience.

The Main House is fully equipped with new kitchens and baths. A
beautiful fireplace and spectacular waterviews. It offers a unique
design allowing for separation of parties. The entire house can
remain open as one unit or sectioned off allowing for 2 private
quarters. Each has it's own living room, fully equipped kitchen,
remodeled baths, TV,VCR,DVD & cable. Separated by a 35ft. hallway
which houses a washer and dryer available for everyone's
convenience. You only need to bring towels, bed linens, pillowcases
and a desire to relax and have fun.
Ontario Cabin - a no frills 1 bedroom, rustic vacation.A favorite
among the vactioners. Living room has comfortable couch which doubles
as an extra bed. Screened porch offers additional sleeping
accomodations with bunkbeds. Spectactular water view from your
screened in porch. A charming gas stove and skylights newly installed. Fully equipped
kitchen with microwave and bath with shower. TV with local
channels.You only need to bring towels, bed linens, pillowcases and a
desire to relax and have fun.
Parry Sound - a 2 bedroom cottage offering all the amenities of home
with the peace only found at Fox Hollow. Air conditioned, central
heat and cable TV with VCR. One bedroom offers two twin beds or can be converted to a king size, the
other has a double bed. Enclosed porch offers incredible water views
with additional single bed. Living room couch opens to futon sleeper
and can accomodate additional guests. Both bedrooms and bathroom
newly remodeled in Maine Pine. Fully equipped kitchen. You only need
to bring towels, bed linens, pillowcases and a desire to relax and
have fun.

Fox Hollow Cottages has everything you are looking for in a vacation.
Whether it be relaxing on the beach, enjoying the crystal clear water
of the lake for a swim, canoeing around the shore or taking a short
trip into Naples to enjoy the charm of the town. Naples offers many
activites for your enjoyment. A trip on the Songo River Queen, boat
and jet ski rentals, local brewery and eatery, arcade and amusements
for the kids. Convenient shopping center right down the road on 302
heading into Naples. All minutes away from your secluded vacation
retreat.

Fox Hollow Cottages consists of a Main House with 4-5 bedrooms which
sleeps 10 comfortably. $2500.00 per week
(Sat. to Sat.) June, July & Aug.
Ontario Cabin is a one bedroom which sleeps 4-5 comfortably. $850.00
per week ( Sat. to Sat.) June, July, Aug.
Parry Sound Cottage is a two bedroom which sleeps 5 comfortably, air conditioned
$1250.00 per week (Sat. to Sat.) June, July, Aug.
Off season rates are reduced.
