Beautiful Key West style three bedroom 2-1/2 bath home with heated pool plus separate guest suite with full bath. Just 3 blocks to the restaurants on Atlantic Avenue and 1 mile to the white, sandy beaches!

Enjoy the old world charm in a tropical setting in the heart of historic Delray. The house is a replica of a Key West house but built in 1999 with all modern amenities.

The living room is reminiscent of the Ernest Hemingway era, complete with West Indies décor and custom window treatments. The dining groom is graciously appointed and large enough to seat eight.

The kitchen includes all state-of-the-art appliances and is completely equipped to make you feel at home. The cozy seating nook in the kitchen is perfect for guests to sit back and relax while you are cooking.

The informal den is the central gathering place where everyone can kick back and relax. The entertainment center includes TV, DVD, and CD/Receiver. French doors open to the private pool and patio. This tropical oasis is surrounded by palm trees and lush exotic plants complete with a heated pool and patio of authentic Chicago brick with plenty of oversized loungers, table with umbrella, and gas grill.

Just off the pool is the private guest house which is furnished with a pull-out sleeper sofa, cable TV, and separate bath. The perfect retreat for overnight guests.

Three more bedrooms are located upstairs in the main house providing luxurious amenities to help you relax at the end of the day. The master bedroom is in the front of the house with a fabulous balcony where you’ll enjoy late morning breakfasts. It is decorated in the West Indies style with a private bath complete with upscale vanity/fixtures and oversized shower. A TV and DVD player are housed in a beautiful armoire.

Two other bedrooms are tastefully decorated, one in a soft blue nautical theme (we call it the "Boat Room") and the other in a brightly-colored yellow and rose flower motif (we call this one the "Princess Room").

Another complete bath off the two bedrooms is bright and cheerful and completes the whimsical theme.

The laundry room is located in the upstairs hall, providing you with convenience and easy access.

The house is situated in the historic section of Delray Beach, just 3 blocks off trendy Atlantic Avenue with an array of fine and casual dining along with unique shops and lots of entertainment and a few blocks from the Tennis Center and the Sundy House.

Just one mile from your doorstep is the great white sands of the Atlantic Ocean, which has been deemed because of its pristine ecological preservation.

Everything you need is within walking distance, but in case you want some exercise, there’s four bicycles at your disposal for those rides to the beach.

All linens, dishes, and kitchenware are included, and we have made every effort to provide you with the amenities to make your stay a "tropical paradise" with a tropical relaxed sophistication.

Pets are allowed on preapproved basis.
