Enjoy this one-of-a-kind lodge and the beauty & adventure of the area. Relax with family and friends, entertain or slow down here in this 2007 new mountain home with majestic architecture, attractive interiors, providing comfortable mountain elegance with a rustic flair. You will find a strong family and lodge presence yet an attractive romantic aura, a resplendent getaway for couples. New frontier elegant mountain home, territorial style with panoramic views. Surrounded by aspens, pines with a rustic flair in the center of all the activities all four seasons. Close but not too close to great towns & neighbors, part of the original Western Union Ranch. Reward yourself and your family/group and book here * Whether your travel budget is Ritz-Carlton or entry level - don't be restless over the low price compared to other higher-price choices that often offer less-its a great deal and nicer than described or shown. And most places with a similar price or much higher offer about half the square footage to spread out in.*

Booking deposit (hold dates) of $300 becomes security deposit which is 100% returned if mountain home is left as it was found - in good condition ($150 of this $300 is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled to prevent people from blocking schedule from other vacationers). What to bring: Sunglasses, sunscreen, cameras, water bottles, gloves, snow & ski or rafting clothing, boots, and good socks. See local winter and summer outfitters to round out your gear. (3) mountain bikes and PS2 for kids. Several fishing poles & reels. (4) sets snowshoes. Pay about 1/4 to 1/10 what is charged in Breckenridge or Vail for comparable luxury lodging. There is a $99 cleaning fee for groups of (6) or less, the cleaning fee is $125 for groups (7 to 12), $150 for groups (13 to 18), $165 for groups (19 to 24). Groups larger than (24) considered, priced as agree case by case.

Located over two acres covered with aspens, spruce, and pine. Out front view includes majestic mountains, nearby Lake Antero (best fishing state of Colorado 2007) and big valley rangelands. Enjoy the frontier feel of the lodge and the built-in comforts. There are:(2) floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces, (2) gourmet kitchens (one with island, one galley style) with breakfast/lounge bar and dining areas, picture windows, seperate loft, living, recreation and raised sitting rooms for family gatherings, wet bar, (2) jetted tubs and (3) dual-spray spa showers, custom granite, slate & Italian tiles throughout & attractive rustic & country decor. (2) full stone fireplaces and (2) warming pellet stoves provide real woodburning fires (four total) to enjoy. 50/30 amp RV service and parking. Full wraparound deck, partial veranda & loft walkout balcony.
