It is a short walk to beach down Atlantic Ave to the Pier and all of the resturants and shoppping- you can take a right on the beach to the more private part of the beach that is great for shelling and beach combing.

All 2012 rate are subject to change until confirmed.  Please add 13% tax and $100 housekeeping to all rates. We do require either a $300 securiyt deposit or a $35 damage waiver.  A $3 processing fee may apply

Fall rates( Sept 04 - Nov 25 )  $200-250 per night,  $1250 per week

Winter rates ( Nov 26 - Feb 28 )  $175 -200 per night. $1000 per week

Spring rates( Mar 01 -May 11 ) - 225-250 per night. $1400

Summer rates( May 12 - Sep 03 ) $250-$275 per night. $1600 per week. No daily rates during June and July.  the week of July 4 (June 30- July 7) is $1800
