Brand new condo convienently located on South Beach, less than block from the beach and the Pier. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Brand new 3 bedroom, two bath unit with all the extras. Newly furnished as model. Large master with King bed opens onto the balcony. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, two double beds in 3rd bedroom.
Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and double convection oven. Convienent breafast bar and large dining table. The living room has plenty of seating, Cable TV with DVD and WiFi through our the unit.

It is a short walk to beach down Atlantic Ave to the Pier and all of the resturants and shoppping- you can take a right on the beach to the more private part of the beach that is great for shelling and beach combing.
When you want a break from all the sun and fun, Historical Savannah is only 20 minutes away. Tybee Island brings you the best of both worlds.
vacation rental rates
All 2013 rate are subject to change until confirmed. Please add 13% tax and $100 housekeeping to all rates. We do require either a $300 securiyt deposit or a $35 damage waiver. A $30 processing fee may apply.
Fall rates( Sept 15 - Nov 25 ) $200-250 per night, $1250 per week
Winter rates ( Nov 26 - Feb 28 ) $175 -200 per night. $1000 per week
Spring rates( Mar 01 -May 11 ) - 225-250 per night. $1400
Summer rates( May 12 - Sep 03 ) $250-$275 per night. $1600 per week. No daily rates during June and July. the week of July 4 (June 29- July 6) is $2000.
Long term rentals available. Call for rates
If you have a larger group, we can do mulitple units together.
