This home has everything including large view decks (golf course and mountains), front view turret that also serves as an office for guests, quiet private road and great entertainment spaces. With a 3-car garage and also driveway spaces this home can accommodate very large gatherings with ease. Huge master is on main floor (offers a full over queen log bunk set in adjoining room), two upper bedroom suites with a queen sofa sleeper in the loft, and three more bedrooms down stairs adjoining the game room and gym. Enjoy the nature, including bears, racoons, deer and all other, just outside the big windows. Summer and Fall Non-Holiday rates start at $595 per night, with 3 night minimum.  Summer/Fall dates are May 1 thru Nov 30. Winter and Spring Non-Holiday rates start at $995 per night with 4 night minimum. Winter/Spring dates are Dec 1 thru April 30. All groups larger than 14 are charged nominal per person per night fees. Please e-mail owner for availability, holiday rates & minimums, shorter visits and any other info..  Special events and large gatherings require approval in writing by owner. A security deposit and reservation fee is required to book this lodge, and there's town tax (13%) a $350 minimum cleaning fee. This is one of the very few private homes/lodges legally licensed to resort rent by the Town of Mammoth Lakes. On site manager, property guest check, concierge and other services all locally provided.
