Vacation Rental Description

Come Play in the Sandbox!  Our Second row home is just steps from  
the beach!  As a matter of fact, the beach access starts in our  
yard!  We are next door to the Fripp Island Beach Club where you can  
dine, swim, play tennis and shop.  Our newly renovated home has new  
furnishings and convenience to offer. 
 
You can see and hear the waves crashing in the background as you sit  
outside on the large screened-in porch.  While relaxing on the  
porch, you can watch the deer as they come to feed in the yard.  All  
the bedrooms are newly decorated with fun, colorful furnishings.  We  
have 3 bedrooms in the main house and a separate garage apartment  
with its own bathroom and kitchenette.  It's perfect for another  
family, a nanny or the in-laws. 
 
As you return from a day at the beach or the pool, you can walk or  
ride your bike into the garage where a large private outdoor shower  
with both hot and cold water will refresh you.

Monthly Rentals Available 
A cleaning charge will be added to a stay which is less than 7  
nights. 
Extra Amenity cards may be purchased by guests.
