Our lovely "Falling Waters Beach Resort" condo in Naples is a
true "get-a-way". Relaxation is key here.. Great sunsets and flowing
water volcano can be viewed off of our living room/bedroom and large
lanai. The "lazy river pool" is the best ever for all ages and
sitting poolside is like being in the islands. We are 10 minutes
from the gorgeous Marco Island and 10 minutes from downtown Naples
better known as 5th Avenue and the Naples Pier. After booking with
us, we will provide you with information on everything you need to
know about Naples and Marco including phone numbers, shopping areas,
favorite restaurants and maps.

First floor unit is convenient with private garage. Located on the
water with lovely greenery/landscaping. Two bedrooms, two baths
with water closets off to the side. Master bedrooom 15x13 with king
size bed has a sliding glass door which faces a screened in lanai
offering lush tropical landscaping with lake view and overlooks the
flowing volcano which is lighted in the evening. Guest Bedroom 12x11
offers a queen bed.
TV's in both bedrooms. Large kitchen 22x9 with breakfast nook easy
