The "location" is the key to the start of a great vacation. This property sits on 30-A. Restrictions in this area state that no building can be higher than 4 levels. If standing on the beach you see residential homes as far as you can see to your left and the same to the right. You are not surrounded by Highrise, after Highrise, after Highrise. There are no planes flying by non stop with advertisement and that hurry/scurry type feel on this beach.

It is peaceful, gorgeous and most of all EXTREMELY RELAXING. The condo itself is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are plush king suites with jetted tub and sliding glass doors leading to an oversized balcony large enough to dine on and still have another area for lounging.  Nice breeze while you watch the sunset and stare at the picturesque dunes. The condo is decorated modern and comfy and very clean line for relaxation. There are flat screen TV's in every room.  The kitchen is stocked w. anything you would need. All the flooring is pecan hardwood. Comfy, plush king bed in Master w. jetted tub, same bedding in guest room #1 w. it's private bathroom, and in guest room #3 full size bunkbeds with a twin trundle. Very cozy furniture in family area offers a fold out sofa as well if extra sleep space needed.

The even better part is that Watercolor/Seaside/Rosemary & Alys Beach are just 3-4 miles on a bike or car in one direction and if you do desire the many fun options in Destin or want to shop the outlets that is only 8 mi away! The new Pier Park in PCB is just a 15 minute Drive and the international airport is 15 mi as well ! Best of both worlds ! YOUR SEARCH IS OVER!!!!
