oceanfront home with spectacular views of Diamond 
Head Volcano and the Honolulu/Waikiki skyline. 
This 3 bedroom / 1.50 bath home has been completely remodeled in June 
of 2006. Fully stocked kitchen, bath and linnens are ready for your 
enjoyment. 
Simply turn the key and relax as life takes you to a differt level of relaxation 
at Leinani. As you sit in the living/dining area one can watch the 
water crash against the sea wall and always changing tide pools.
Imagine yourself sitting on the lanai and watching the sunrise or sunsets, while the 
ships pass by, or counting the turtles with your family (ohana).
The beach house Leinani is a wonderful retreat and surely not to be 
missed. Perfert for parties of 6-12 with both units combined Leilani and Leinani.
 
Leinani has been furnished with all new classic Hawaiian style 
furnishings which are sure to bring out the aloha in your ohana
(family). Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third 
bedroom a full sized bed.

The property is fully gated with one car covered parking. Lush 
tropical palm trees surround the grounds with privacy that 
seems to set you apart from the crowds. The ocean can be heard from all 
rooms at The Beach House Leilani.  

A lanai/patio at the waters edge with BBQ and patio furniture will satisfy 
your zest for hawaiian foods of teriyaki grilled fish or your own 
personal favorites.

Relaxation is the theme at Leinani. Crashing surf and birds are all 
around as the sounds of time graciously touch your souls.... 

So come and enjoy your time at the Beach House Leinai. One may not 
want to leave the grounds, but we hope you do explore the other beautiful sights of the Hawaiian 
Islands and its gracious nature.

$1375-Per week (7 nights).
$196.43 - $220.00 Per night - with a 4 night minimum.
$140.00 Non refundable cleaning fee. 
11.4166% State and lodging tax
$200.00- Refundable security deposit if no damages
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
20% cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days prior to reservation date.
