This 3 bedroom condo can be rented as a 3 bedroom unit for those who need more space, or it can be rented as a 2 bedroom unit if there are 6 or fewer in your party. Take advantage of the larger 3 bedroom living space, but at a 2 bedroom rate! When rented as a 2 bedroom unit, the bedroom with 2 twin beds is not available.
This the perfect rental for those seeking a great place at the beach, and don't want to spend the entire budget on accommodations. Mom doesn't want to cook every night while on vacation, so take her out to dinner with the money you save on lodging.
Just 100 yards to the beach, no road to cross and only 2 steps down to the sand from the beach access. 2 pools, tennis courts, and tucked back in a quiet residential area, this is the perfect spot for families.
This unit is located by the large pool, tennis courts & clubhouse and a
BBQ grill is just outside the front door. Eastern Lake is a
short stroll where you can kayak, swim or just enjoy nature.

Stereo, & CD Player. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size
refrigerator, freezer with icemaker, electric oven, microwave,

dishware & utensils.
The master bedroom, which is decorated in a nautical theme, has a
king bed, 20" color TV, DVD, phone, alarm clock and private full size
bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed; 20" color TV, VCR, alarm
clock,phone and decorated in a whimsical seahorse and starfish theme.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and is decorated in a fun surf
decor. It has a 20" color TV, VCR, DVD and alarm clock.
This renta includes FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET.
All linens and towels, along with beach chairs, umbrellas, a large
beach bag and cooler are supplied.
This unit has central a/c & heat, ceiling fans in all rooms,
washer/dryer and is stocked with books, games, puzzles, & children's
videos. Just bring your bathing suit, sun screen and camera...you
won't need anything else.
