Beautiful house on the paradaise beach of Ilheus in Bahia

The house is located in the state of Bahia, northeast of Brazil, state of the large street carnival of the world and next to the cities of Ilheus and Itacare. Those two cities are a true ecological and tropical paradise. Dozens of miles of nearly deserted beaches and seemingly endless cocunut groves share the coastline with a lush variety of vegetation from the native coast rainforest to vast mangroves and stately cacao plantations. This beautiful house is located at Joia do Atlantico condominium,area of environmental proctetion, 9 miles south to the city of Ilheus and 24 miles north to the gorgeous town of Itacare and a minute walking from one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil .

The house is full furnished, very confortable and pleasure with balcony, recreation area, lawn area with palm trees and barbecue grill. House with three bedrooms and a two bedrooms apartment attached to the house in a total of five bedrooms. All bedrooms are provide with a ceiling fans. The house has one bedroom suite with a queem side bed and closet and two bedrooms with double single beds in each room. The apartment attached to the house has two bedrooms with queem side beds and closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete dish and glassware sets, stove, refrigerator,freezer and microwave oven. Housekeeping, laundry service and meals preparation(Breakfast, lunch and dinner) are available upon request .
