These brand new ocean front condos are located just a few blocks north of Belmont Park near Jersey Ct. Each unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds. The upper bedroom has a flat screen TV. The living room is located on the ground floor with great ocean/beach viewing and equipped with a full size fold out couch. Entertainment system includes HD satellite flat screen, DVD player, and surround sound. For your listening pleasure, unit comes with Yamaha receiver ready to play local radio, TV music, and IPod dock! 

Kitchen is fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances and ocean views! There is a mini bar for dining as well as a dining table for 4. Unit is located on the boardwalk with a nice sized shared ground floor patio with BBQ and huge private 2nd level deck on the east side of the house wired with music speakers and complete with patio furniture and lounge chairs. Unit comes with 1 reserved, covered parking spot. Washer/Dryer in unit.

Units are part of a 4 unit complex all owned and managed by 710 Beach Rentals so if more rooms are needed please contact us. To reserve several units you can book each separately from our online booking site. Be sure to check individual calendars to ensure units are available before you start booking.

Special Policies

Reservations made online are not guaranteed until confirmed by owner. Expect confirmation phone call within 48 hours of online booking. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed by owner.

50% Non-refundable Deposit required to book. Balance due 90 days before arrival. If Reservation is made within 90 Days of arrival then full balance is due upon booking.

Must be 25 years old to Rent. All top end finishes and appliances so large parties are prohibited.
