This vacation wonderful home faces Lake Michigan on a bluff and accordingly has some of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Homey and comfortable, our three-story restored home it is made for a happy family life. 

But that's not all!

Our private beach is the big attraction and is more than 100 feet wide of white sand and clear fresh water just made for swimming and wandering along for as many miles as you like.

It is four plus miles north of St. Joseph along the shore highway (M63 to our home) with a Jack Nicklaus golf course in between that will open in the summer of 2009.

Our home provides plenty of space and comfort for a weekend getaway or week-long retreat. Two dining areas provide plenty of extra space for those extra warm evenings for eating indoors. Although there is air conditioning, the lower level stays cool and exits at ground level. It is comfortably old and wonderful to live in... and just a short walk to our own private beach.

Sunset Bluff Rates

Summer Rates (June 12-September 11, 2009)

Nightly & weekly rentals available all year with a three (3) night minimum stay during the Summer season. Off-season are available. Please contact us for more information.

- Weekly: From $3500 per week *
- Daily: From $585 per night *


* Additional fees apply:

- $500 Refundable damage deposit
- 6% MI sales tax
- $200 Cleaning fee on all weekly & nightly rentals. 
- $50 Non-refundable pet deposit

Guest Policies

- There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates.

- Two (2) months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $200 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.

- Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 office fee. If you cancel after the two (2) month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.

- Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages occur.

- Maid service is available during your stay for an extra cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.

- Check-in time: 4p EST during summer season

- Check out time: 10a EST during summer season

- Payment accepted: Check, money order, PayPal, most credit cards. A 3% service fee is added for all PayPal / credit card transactions.
