Rates are for up to 4 person occupancy. Additional charge for more than 4 people is $25.00 per person, per day for more than 4 guests. Please note maximum guest occupancy is 6.  This charge is NOT waived for children.

Rates listed are SUMMER/OFF-SEASON (May 1st through January 31st).

WINTER/PEAK RATES (February 1st through April 30th): Weekly: $1625. Monthly: $6500.

Note: Winter/Peak rates apply during Christmas/New Years weeks and 4th of July week.

DEPOSIT INFO:
> 25% of total due at time of booking
> 25% of balance due 90 days prior to arrival
> Remaining 50% due at check-in

TAXES & FEES (included in rates):
> 11% Florida (state) tax
> $40.00 non-refundable registration fee (to handle processing credit card transaction and other reservation paperwork)
> $85.00 cleaning fee (included in base rate). This fee includes NO MORE than two (4 guests) to four (6 guests) baskets of laundry. Additional laundry charge could be assessed if excessive amount is left upon departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$500.00 security/damage hold placed on credit card at check in. Charge will not be processed provided condo is left in pristine condition (the condition in which you find the condo).  Owner reserves the right to charge credit card in accordance with the condo failing check-out inspection.
