Aspen Hill Retreat in Livingston

Delight in the rustic elegance of this log home in the heart of Hidden Springs, Montana on the Bozeman Pass. All of the comforts of home await our guests in this beautiful log house situated at 5,700 feet elevation among the aspen trees, tall grasses and pine forest. Relax in the outdoor hot tub while soaking beneath the stars after a long day in the mountains or on the river. The home is fully furnished with the main living area warmed by the radiant stone fireplace. There are hardwood maple floors throughout in combination with carpet and tile on radiant slab heat.

The fully equipped kitchen, with tile work and adjoining formal dining room, is also warmed by the radiant stone fireplace. Laundry facilities are available for your convenience as well as Satellite TV and high speed wireless internet, VCR/DVD, games, books, and barbecue grill. The grand master bedroom has high ceilings, two balconies, mountain views, and a tiled Jacuzzi bath which will make your stay the ultimate in relaxation.

This secluded and elegantly furnished, 4 bedroom home, sleeps 8-12 comfortably with 2 ½ bathrooms. Bedrooms include one king size bed; a queen bed; two twin beds; and a combination bunk bed, single above,double below with a single trundle bed, as well as a double hide-a-bed in the recreation room and if you like sleeping outdoors there is a double futon and a cot in the tipi.

Enjoy these 45 acres of lush mountain hillsides filled with wildflowers, hiking trails, a tipi to spend the night in or just sit by the fire. A year round Cutthroat Spawning Creek meanders gently through the property with many hidden springs and a small pond.

In Montana we tend to have extreme weather year round. Please consider using a 4-wheel drive vehicle when visiting our home.

Yellowstone National Park 1 hr south on Route 89.

Bozeman 30 minutes away.

High season is June, July and August, Thanksgiving week, Christmas/New Years weeks, and Spring Break week.  High season is a minimum of 7 nights at $245/night.

Off season is the rest of the year with a 5 night minimum at $225/night

The monthly rate does not include utilities.

Payment in full is required 60 days prior to reservation.  A deposit of $600 is required when making a reservation. $100 of that is applied toward cleaning.  $500 will be returned if the house is left in good condition.  Pets may be allowed after talking with the owner,  $125 pet deposit is required.

If there are pets an extra deposit of $125 is required which will be returned if there are no damages or extra cleaning.
