This classic "old tahoe" cabin could not make a better vacation
spot.

At 130 feet from the private beach with a wonderful view, life
doesn't get better. The cabin is fully furnished and between the
huge bay windows and fireplace, there is nothing you can do but
relax. Enjoy yourselves and the views from a huge open deck. Some of
the best sunsets in the world. Lots of available parking in this
very exclusive old tahoe community.

Activities and Attractions
Located in the historic lakeside community of Marla Bay, you can
enjoy amazing privacy with the access to all of Tahoe's activites.
Zephyr Cove is just up the road and is the destination for many of
Tahoe's activities which include powerboat rentals, jet skis and
parasailing, fishing charters, sailing cruises on the Woodwind II
and the MS Dixie 2, horseback riding, beach volleyball, the famous
Sunset Beach Bar and more.
The fun doesn't stop when the sun goes
down; the fine dining, shows, dancing, and casino action of Tahoe's
South Shore, including Caesar's and Harrah's are just a short drive
away.
During the winter months, activites in the area include downhill and
cross-country skiing at nearby Heavenly Ski Resort. The Zephyr
Cove Resort offers incredible snowmobiling tours overlooking the
lake.

$1800 / week (Saturday thru Saturday)
Winter Season (December thru March)
$295 / night 2 night minimum stay
$1395 / week
Value Season (April, May, October, November)
$200 / night 2 night minimum stay
$1000 / week
Christmas / New Years / July 4th
$2300 / week, 7 night minimum stay
All other holiday weekends, please inquire.
$500 Security Deposit (refundable)
$125 maid fee - comes out of Security deposit unless otherwise
specified
50% due upon booking, balance due 30 days in advance of stay
60 days cancellation required to get deposit refund
