Location at Affordable Rates.  Enjoy world-reknown Siesta Beach  
rated #1 Beach in the World! Enjoy stunning sunsets. Stroll powder  
white beaches. Swim with the dolphins in the healing azure waters of  
the Gulf of Mexico. 
 
Our Beach House is a separate, free-standing home. It features 2300  
SF with cathedral ceilings. Our home is bright, airy and  
immaculately clean. Very nicely furnished. Newly remolded May ’04.  
The Ritz we aren’t, but if your looking for quiet enjoyment with a  
gorgeous beach footsteps from your door, stay with us.

Vacation Rental Amenities

AC/Heat, tile throughout, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal,  
washer, dryer, microwave, TV/with DVD player/VCR. Linens provided.  
Turnkey furnished.   
 
No smoking. Pets with owner approval only. Pets must be 10 lbs or  
less. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

Activities and Attractions

5 minute stroll on the beach to lighted public beach tennis courts,  
volleyball nets, parasailing and other beach amenities.  10 - 15  
min. walk on or off the beach to Siesta Village featuring unique  
boutiques, out-door cafes, cappuccino and ice cream parlors! Sip a  
kiwi daiquiri at the one of many out-door bars. Walk to groceries,  
post office, pharmacy and banks. Other amenities include scooter  
rentals, boat rentals, kyak rentals, bicycle rentals, and ski-doos.  
Fishing and diving. 
 
Too much sun? Only 1-2 hours to Disney Attractions, Bush Gardens,  
Wet 'N Wild Water Park, International Mall and Tampa nightlife!  
Alligator spotting on scenic boat trips through Myakka State Park,  
hiking, bird watching, camping, bicycling. Over 10 golf courses to  
choose from. Spas galore. 
 
Downtown (15 min. by car) offers array of ethnic restaurants, quaint  
bookstores with coffeehouses, homemade ice cream/gelato parlors,  
antiques, foreign film movie theatre, 20 screen movie theatre,  
opera, national ballet, stage productions, music and nightclubs.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan - April 15 - $1,000. wk  April 15- April 30 - $900.00 
Off-Season  $900. Wk. 
 
JAN 2009 SPECIAL -- $2,400 FOR THE MONTH OR $800 PER WEEK DUE TO CANCELATION. 
 
 
Please add 10% to rates for holiday weeks which include Easter Week 
(weeks before or after March 15 to April 5, 2008) 4th of July week,  
Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve.	       
 
Plus 11% tax. Nonrefundable $100. Cleaning Fee. 5% admin. fee if booking with a credit card 
paying with credit card  
Deposit of 50% upon reservation. Balance in full 30 days prior to  
arrival. All rentals require refundable security deposit and a  
credit card to reserve.   
 
Deposit forfeited if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to  
arrival. A cancellation fee of $75.00 is charged. If cancelling less  
than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for same  
time period in order for refund to be given.
