Bonny Doon Sanctuary for Rent - Minimum Stay of Two Months in Santa Cruz

I'm seeking the ideal person or couple to enjoy and treasure my very special
Bonny Doon sanctuary.

My 1400-square-foot home is a sunny and gracious space, located on 57
gorgeous acres with ocean and forest views and an extensive meditative
garden. It's a 15-minute drive to the UCSC campus, or just 20 minutes to
downtown Santa Cruz.

The house is divided into two separate, independent residences. My side of the house and garden are completely private and separate from the other side, which is rented out to long-term tenants, has near total sound separation from my space, and is fully self-sufficient. You'll also have the use of two freestanding sleeping cabins on the property.

The sublet starts in February 2010 and could extend for as long as a year or
two, depending on if it works for both of us. The shortest period I'm
willing to rent for is two months. I'm asking $3500 per month plus a
deposit; this price is negotiable based on a long-term agreement. The
monthly rate covers all utilities (except firewood), twice-monthly
housecleanings, unlimited long distance and wireless internet. No smoking,
