Zen-The Garden Flat (sleeps up to 4 persons) is a large loft-style apartment with two queen-size beds resting on beautiful bamboo floors complimented by exposed brick walls, recessed lighting grace the ceiling, comtemporary design kitchen and newly renovated bathroom - restored to pristine condition. Located on the first floor - the garden level - of the private brownstone. Guests of the Garden enjoy a private entrance and exclusive use of the generous backyard garden.

Zen at Brooklyn Hospitality is a lovely four-story brownstone safely located in the heart of Clinton Hill on a quiet tree-lined street near downtown Brooklyn, New York. Zen is located on St. James Place (btw Fulton/Atlantic) Brooklyn, New York 11238. (Here is a map of our location.) The property is located two blocks from the A/C-local subway line at the Clinton/Washington Station (15 minutes/4 stops to Manhattan). The A/C subway line is one of New York City's major subway arteries that will take you directly thru central Manhattan without any transfer. The Ft. Greene/Clinton Hill neighborhood in Brooklyn is family friendly. It is safe to walk to and from the subway at all hours. If you decide to drive; on-the-street parking is safe and readily available.

Zen at Brooklyn Hospitality has three separate "apartments" - Zen-The Garden Flat (sleeps up to 4 persons) a loft-style flat located on the first floor - the garden floor - of the private four story brownstone; Zen-The Parlor Flat (sleeps up to 2 persons) a loft-style flat location on the second floor - the parlor floor - of the private four story brownstone unavailable at this time; and Zen-The Duplex (sleeps up to 8 persons) a three bedroom duplex apartment located on the second and third floor of the private four story brownstone.

Zen at Brooklyn Hospitality is conveniently located near neighborhood cafes, restaurants, antique shops, furniture stores, and clothing boutiques.  Hungry?  There is a mega supermarket nearby or you can have anything from French to Thai food delivered directly to the property. There are three recreational parks within a three-block radius of this tightly knit family community where live music is featured throughout the summer. We provide towels, linens and basic toiletries.

It’s better than staying in a '5 Star Hotel'. This magnificent brownstone has everything to offer and so much more. Beautiful hardwood floors, high-end appliances, coffee and tea machines and 3 generous size bedrooms for complete comfort. Just 3 subway stops and 15 minutes into Manhattan make it a convenient commute on the train. Strategically located in Clinton Hill near downtown Brooklyn make easy for commuters via car. There are also 4 local bus lines that service the area as well. You will find a diversity of many wonderful restaurants, shops, theatres, historic parks, libraries, museums, gyms, banks and much, much more. Clinton Hill is a historically wealthy neighborhood that offers luxurious living, known for its elegant mansions, Victorian houses, Italian villas, and frame house, which add brightness to the area.

All of which, are near downtown Brooklyn.

Reservations for more than 2 persons are subject to daily rate increase of $25 per person - monthly rate increase of $100 per person.
