Suite Madison: darling brownstone on tree line street in Brooklyn

Brooklyn Hospitality has a lovely three bedroom duplex apartment on the bottom two floors of the brownstone located in the historical district of Stuyvesant Heights.

At Suite Madison we have three separate apartments, referred to as "Suites" available for our guests:

The first apartment, The Garden Suite Duplex (sleeps up to 8 persons) a three bedroom duplex apartment which consist of The Garden Suite, The Master Suite and The Lillie Mae Suite - located on the first and second floor of the private four story brownstone.

Separately, the second apartment The Artist Suite (sleeps up to 4 persons) a two bedroom loft-style flat located on the third floor of the private four story brownstone;

and the third apartment  The Penthouse Suite (sleeps up to 4 persons) a two bedroom flat located on the fourth floor of the private four story brownstone.

ALL of our Suites have:

towels and linen,
soap, shampoo & hair dryer, 
bathroom (private/no shares),

fully equipped kitchen (private/no shares)
coffee maker,

microwave,

stove,

refrigerator,

15 minutes to Manhattan (A/C subway at Kingston-Throop or Nostrand Avenue),
short walk to restaurants, boutiques, recreational parks and major shopping areas, 
wireless-internet, 
cable TV, 
air conditioner, and
central heat.

The GARDEN SUITE has these extras…

free use of washer/dryer,

Suite Madison is conveniently located near neighborhood cafes, restaurants, antique shops, furniture stores, and clothing boutiques.  Hungry? There is a mega supermarket nearby or you can have anything from pizza to Chinese food delivered directly to Suite Madison.  There are three recreational parks within a three block radius of this tightly knit family community where live music is featured throughout the summer. We provide towels and linens.

Suite Madison’s guests can also enjoy Prospect Park (enjoy the zoo and horse-backing riding), the Botanical Gardens (wonder at the breathtaking Japanese Garden), Brooklyn Museum (absorb the world-famous Egyptian Art Collection), and the Brooklyn Children's Museum (have fun with hands-on kid projects) - to start!

·    $300 - $350 per night/$4100  per month (sleeps up to 8 persons - 1400 sq. ft. /4 queen-size beds.)

Discounts are given to both long & short-term stays. Restrictions apply!

Reservations for more than 6 persons are subject to daily rate increase of $25 per person - monthly rate increase of $100 per person.
