Then, step inside to this spacious 3 bedroom, two bath unit  that will sleep 10. The master bedroom boasts a king side bed, TV and DVD player and beautiful new bathroom-plus it has a private ocean view balcony.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the ocean.  The third bedroom has two luxury double beds and a TV and an ocean view! There is a queen sleeper in the living room.

The shared 100 x 60 ocean front patio features tables and chair and chaise lounge with charcoal grill.  You can not get any coser to the water than this!

The living area has a large compy sectional sofa with views of the Ocean from three sides.  We have a large TV with Cable and WiFi that reaches all the waty to the sand.  There is plenty of room for many cooks in the large, fully equipped kitchen where you can even see the ocean while you wash dishes. ( There is a dishwasher, stainless steel fridge with icemaker and all the ammenities.)  The is indoor seating for 10 at the table and bar with room for 6 or 8 at the large table on the screened porch.

Don't forget the beautiful ocean front patio- it is 100x60 and features tables and chairs and chaises plus two charcoal grill.  You will never want to leave

After relaxing in the sun and collecting sea shells, you can walk across the street to  play tennis on the lighted courts while the kids play on a fully equipped playground. On rainy days, you can take classes at the YMCA or play volley ball or basketball indoors.  You can rent bikes or parasail or jet ski in the ocean.  There is plenty of shopping and resturants  near by.

You have WiFi throught out the property and cable tv with dvd players.   This units Sleep 10. You can add our other 3 bedroom, 1bedroom or 2 bedroom to sleep up to 28.

Then you are only 20 nimutes away from the Historic District of Savannah.  You have a great beach vacation with all the perks of the City.

Additional Costs
All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $120 housekeeping fee.
A refundable security deposit of $300 or a non refundable damage waiver of $35 is required.
A processing fee of $30 may apply.
