July 4th week (June 30-July7) $1800

~Fall (Sept 14-Nov25)   Weekly -$1250.    Daiy (Sunday- Thursday)  - $200   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225.   

   ~Winter (Nov 26 - Feb 28)  Weekly -$1100.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $175  Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $200

Holiday rates apply for St Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving, Christmas, and  New Years.  Three day minimum rentals.

All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and $100 housekeeping fees.+ security deposit and $30 processing fee if applicable.
