~Fall (Sept 15 - December 2) Weekly -$1040.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $175.   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $185. 

~Winter (Dec 3 - March 3)  eekly -$910.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $150.   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $165.  

 ~Spring ( Mar 4 - May 12)   Weekly -$1170.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $195.   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $210.  

~Summer (May 13 - Sept 15)    Weekly - (Saturday to Saturday) - $1300.   Daily (rates NOT available June or July) - $215-$235.
                   Holiday rates apply for St. Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, Christmas, and  New Years.  Three day minimum on rentals.
Additional Costs

•     All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $85 housekeeping fee.
•     A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable damage waiver is required.
•     A processing fee of $30 may apply.
