  ~Winter (Dec 1- Feb 28)  Weekly -$1000.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $200   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225

~Spring ( Mar 1- May 15)   Weekly -$1300.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $225.   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $250.  

~Summer (May 16- Sept 15)   Weekly - Saturday to Saturday   $1450.       (no daily rentals during June & July)-($250/$275)

 Holiday rates apply for St Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving, Christmas, and  New Years.  Three day minimum rentals.

   All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and $100 housekeeping fees.
