Brand new 3 bedroom, two bath unit with all the extras. Newly furnished as model. Large master with King bed opens onto the balcony.  Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, double plus two twins in 3rd bedroom.  Rather than a sleeper sofa we provide a blow up matteress for additional sleepers (We have found that our visitors prefer this to the traditional sleepers).

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and double convection oven.  Convienent breafast bar and large dining table.  The living room has plenty of seating, Cable TV with DVD and WiFi through our the unit.

If you have a larger group, you can rent the units next door.  We can accomodate up to 50 people.

~Spring ( Mar 1- May 11)   Weekly -$1400.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $225.   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $250.  

~Summer (May 12- Sept 15)   Weekly - Saturday to Saturday   $1600   (no daily rentals during June & July)-($250/275)  July 4 week $1850

~Fall (September 15 - November 25) Weekly -( Saturday to Saturday) $ 1250. Daily ( Sunday - Thursday ) -$ 200. Daily ( Friday and Saturday ) - $ 225. 

  ~Winter (Novemb 26- Feb 28)  Weekly -$1100.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $175  Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $200


Holiday rates apply for St Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving, Christmas, and  New Years.  Three day minimum rentals.

 All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and $100 housekeeping fees.+ security deposit and $30 processing fee if applicable.

This property was fantastic. Conveniently located to the pier and several of our favorite restaurants. I consider this condo to be upscale but priced reasonable for the accommodations. Furnishings and appliances have been well maintained. This condo was very spacious for 4 adults, infant twins and a small dog.
I would highly recommend this unit (and others owned by this family)

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, pet-friendly, tourists without a car

I needed a pet friendly condo that sleeps 8 adults with a pool and nice shaded balcony for my elderly father to enjoy. This condo had it all! The owner's worked hard to ensure our stay was pleasant ensuring we had everything we needed. Bonus that this building had shaded below condo parking and an elevator!

This location is about the best you could ask for. It was only a few short blocks to the pier, ocean, shops and restaurants! Our Father stayed on the balcony most of the 3 days we were there along with the rest of us, but even he managed to wallk to dinner and the pier. It was that close!

As we toured Tybee with another visit in mind, we don't believe we could find a better location and nicer condos. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We WILL Be back!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Loved the condo. Loved the convenient location. The condo was beautiful and had lovely furnishings. Everything was new and clean, which is very important to me. The condo was a very easy walk to everything at South Beach. The pier was at the end of the block. All the restuarants were less that a block away. This was important to us since my husband was recovering from surgery. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of info about the island. We really liked the Crab Shack and A J's. We have already reserved for this summer. I really liked the bedroom setups. It will be great when we come back with the children this summer.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway
