We actually have three 3 bedroom, 2 bath units on one floor of the brand new condo complex.  This gives you plenty of room for a large group, but enough space to really spready out.

Each unit has: a king, a queen and the 3rd bedroom has either one twin and one double or two double beds: a fully equiped kitchen and two beautiful baths. There are 2 covered parking space, an elevator and a pool and an outdoor grilling area.

RATES for 2012  

~Spring ( Mar 4- May 12)  Weekly -$4050.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $. 675  Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $735.  

~Summer (May 13- Aug 15)    Weekly - (Saturday to Saturday) - $4820.  Weekly rentals only.

~July 4 week (June 30-July 7)  Weekly only $5700

~Late Summer ( Aug15 Sept 15  Weekly -(Saturday to Saturday) $4500.  Daily (rates NOT available June or July) - $750-$820.
~Fall (Sept 16-Dec 1)            Weekly -$3600.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $600.   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $215. 

~Winter (Dec 1- Feb)    Weekly -$3150.    Daily (Sunday- Thursday)  - $525.   Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $570.  

Additional Costs    All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $300 housekeeping fee.     A refundable security deposit of $600 or a non refundable damage waiver is required

~   Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,                  Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and  New Years.                                      Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
