It is eclectic with an old world feel.  Ernest Hemingway was a genius.  I have visited his home in Key West many times and brought back fresh ideas for our Villa. It is very secluded here. We are surrounded by, palm trees, poinciania trees, citrus trees and lush foliage. Most of which was taken from cuttings or grown from seeds which we brought back from the Florida Keys. We have a hammock area in the back yard along with a beautiful fountain. More pics are available upon request. It took many years to create this little paradise and I feel so blessed to be able to share it.  There is a King size Mahogany Pineapple bed in the Master suite with a sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattress.  This will give you many nights of beautiful dreams.  Along with our luxurious 600 thread count sheets and goose down pillows!  In the living area there is a Flexsteel golden vevet sofa along with gorgeous lighting.  Ambience is so important in setting the mood for a perfect vacation!  The dining area has a Mahogany buffet and round dining table to match.  It is exquisite.  I only wanted the very Best for our guests!  We specialize in customer service!  Our home is located on the same property as the Villa.  No question is too small.  We want you to have an incredible vacation while you are here with us!  We do realize the economy is difficult right now.  My husband and myself have reduced our rates based on this.  Everyone needs some down time.  We are in Cocoa beach!  Please be advised that some properties listed as Cocoa beach are not.  We are just blocks away from downtown.  There is a trolley that is accesible from 13th street and is quite conveniant if you choose not to drive.  We are seconds away from a lovely park on the ocean with free parking, facilities and seasonal lifeguards.  We also provide an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your swim in the ocean.  Luxury is our specialty!  Book Now for an unforgettable vacation in a place with unsurpassed beauty and history.  We are nestled among million dollar homes in South Cocoa beach off A1A. The downstairs bungalow is named " Hollywood East " this bungalow is 2 bedrooms and is art deco ispired by old Florida and Hollywood during the rat pack era. Our property is located between 15thst. ( south A1A ) and 16th st. in pristine south Cocoa beach. it is a 60 second walk to the ocean. The area is residential and very quiet. But, just blocks away from the downtown nightlife. The bungalow has a flat screen TV with high definition cable with central A/C and heating. We also have free high speed WIFI available.  A formal living room and dining room.  Kitchen with refrigerator, glasstop range with oven, toaster, microwave, coffemaker, dishes,glassware,utensils etc. Luxurious bath with towels and linens.  A huge privacy deck( 18'x24') with a wicker glasstop dinette that seats four.  The bungalows also comes with champagne, martini and wine glasses , with a wine cooler and opener.  Also included for going to the beach are beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards to ride the surf.  Both bungalows have private decks with tables and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoor.  It is so romantic to spend a morning or evening out on the decks.  We are so close to the ocean you can hear the waves breaking on the shore and smell the fresh salt air.

There is so much to do here. We are providing our guests with a compiled list of our favorite restaurants and our favorite dishes. Besides eating, Cocoa Beach has great entertainment. This is a little town steeped in history also. Centered around space. Cocoa Beach has been a mecca for Astronauts and celebrities. You never know who you might bump into. We are 10 minutes from Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from Disney.

We are running two Spring & Summer specials through August 31st. Special #1: Stay with us and get $60 off the normal $159 a night price ($99.00 a night) three night minimum required. Special #2: Stay with us for a week (7 nights) and get one night free, seven nights for $594.00 all inclusive no other fees or deposits.  This deal also includes free cleaning fee saves you $75.00. Also a bottle of champagne welcomes your arrival. 50% of the total is required when, placing your reservation. The remainder is due upon check in. Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. We are flexible with check in and check out times depending on if, anyone else is arriving or departing on the same days. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee unless waived in a special deal. An extra bonus provided to our guests is, complimentary washing of towels and linens. Customer service is very important to us. (Holidays are excluded from special pricing ) also, discounts are not included with specials.

We also provide a 10% discounts for active and retired military, NASA or Kennedy Space Center contractors and senior citizens.

We except VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express credit cards. We will provide a credit for a future stay to those who need to cancel a reservation due to extenuating circumstances.  We are on site managers and owners. We do not deal with property management companys and are able to pass those savings on to our guests. We are here to answer any questions or address any problems that may arise. Customer service is very important. We will also negotiate prices to suit your budget. The bungalows are non-smoking. But, we do provide ash trays on the decks for smoking outdoors.  Monthly rates vary according to the season we are in. If wanting to stay monthly, $500.00 is due when, placing your reservation. This is part of, the total for the month you are staying. We do not charge large security deposits and we trust that, you will keep the property maintained and safe. We do have a lease that, everyone signs when, they check in. Honesty is the best policy.                         

After placing your reservation with us by phone. You will be sent an e-mail with your confirmation number, the amount your credit card was charged and our address.
