Cara Mia's Blue Rose in Cocoa Beach

 When designing this bungalows interior I searched for only the Best in furnishings for our guests. The art incorporates Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Frank Sinatra, Steve Mcqueen, and James Dean.We are on site managers and customer service is very important to us. No question is too small.  There is a sealy posturepedic pillowtop mattress in the master suite with luxurious bed linens.  The second bedroom has a full size bed with a pillowtop matress also. The art deco bedroom suites are from Ashley fine furnishings. There is a dual reclining suede sofa in the living room. Also, a glass top dinette that seats three. The bungalow comes with high definition cable TV with central A/C and heating.  We also have free high speed WIFI available.   Luxurious bed linens and towels are also included.  There are full size kitchens with full size appliances, Also coffee makers, microwave oven, toasters, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and utensils.  The bungalows also comes with  champagne,  martini and wine glasses , with a wine cooler and opener.   Also included for going to the beach are beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards to ride the surf.  Both bungalows have private decks with tables and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoor.  It is so romantic to spend a morning or evening out on the decks. We are so close to the ocean you can hear the waves breaking on the shore and smell the fresh salt air.  

If you want to hang out on Cocoa Beach's finest beach this is for you.  You can go surfing, surf fish, walk or relax and get a tan on the beach just seconds away.  The bungalows are also close to some of Cocoa Beach's finest restaurants.  Listen to Jazz, Blues or a Rock Band at one of the great beach bars in town. Other thing to do that are close, go deep sea fishing or take a cuise on one of the casino ships at Port Canaveral.  Play a round of golf at the Cocoa Beach Country Club.  Spend a day at Kennedy Space Center Complex and see the space shuttle or a missile launch.  Visit the worlds largest surf shop Ron Jon's Surf shop or any of the other surf shops in town.  See some of the most amazing dinosaur fossils at the Dinosaur Store and Museum.  Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are just an hour away.  World famous Daytona International Speedway with Daytona USA Racing is only 90 minutes north. My husband wrote this for me. As you can tell. He loves anything that has to do with racing and outdoor activities. I want to edit some things he wrote. But it was sweet of him to help me.

We also provide a 10% discounts for active and retired military NASA or Kennedy Space Center contractors and senior citizens.

We are on site and are here to address any questions or problems that may arise. We do not deal with property management companys. Therefore, we are able to pass the savings along to our guests. We will try and negotiate the best deal to suit your budget. We will provide credit towards a future stay in the event of extenuating circumstances and the need to cancel.

 All utilities are included and the bungalow is non smoking. We do provide ash trays on the deck for smoking outdoors.

Book early for special monthly rates. If staying 3 months or longer~ we will discount the monthly rate by 10%.
