Have you ever fantasized about Miami Beach and old Hollywood? This bungalow incorporates all of that and more! It took almost two years to collect the art work and was a labor of love. Being born and raised in Florida. I have always loved the pastels and glamor of South Beach. I have incorporated those themes here. When designing this bungalows interior I searched for only the Best in furnishings for our guests. We are on site managers and customer service is very important to us. No question is too small. We also provide a restaurant directory with our favorite dishes. Part of your vacation is the amazing food and Cocoa beach has some of the finest dining there is to offfer! Being a manager of an art gallery. I have incorporated some rare finds with Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, Steve Mcqueen and James Dean.  Also incorporated are Audrey Hepburn.  A "Pretty in Pink" flamingo inspired kitchen.  Beautifully painted canary yellow walls with seafaom green trim.  Awesome zebra carpeting and an ecru suede sofa which reclines.  A luxurious zebra print chair. The bungalow comes with high definition cable TV with central A/C and heating.  Luxurious bed linens and towels are also included.  There are full size kitchens with full size appliances, Also coffee makers, microwave oven, toasters, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and utensils.  The bungalows also comes with  champagne,  martini and wine glasses , with a wine cooler and opener.   Also included for going to the beach are beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards to ride the surf.  Both bungalows have private decks with tables and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoor.  It is so romantic to spend a morning or evening out on the decks. We are so close to the ocean you can hear the waves breaking on the shore and smell the fresh salt air.  

If you want to hang out on Cocoa Beach's finest beach this is for you.  You can go surfing, surf fish, walk or relax and get a tan on the beach just seconds away.  The bungalows are also close to some of Cocoa Beach's finest restaurants.  Listen to Jazz, Blues or a Rock Band at one of the great beach bars in town. Other thing to do that are close, go deep sea fishing or take a cuise on one of the casino ships at Port Canaveral.  Play a round of golf at the Cocoa Beach Country Club.  Spend a day at Kennedy Space Center Complex and see the space shuttle or a missile launch.  Visit the worlds largest surf shop Ron Jon's Surf shop or any of the other surf shops in town.  See some of the most amazing dinosaur fossils at the Dinosaur Store and Museum.  Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are just an hour away.  World famous Daytona International Speedway with Daytona USA Racing is only 90 minutes north. My husband wrote this for me. As you can tell. He loves anything that has to do with racing and outdoor activities. I want to edit some things he wrote. But it was sweet of him to help me.

We are running a special through May 31, stay 6 nights and get one night free, this includes all resort tax and sales tax.  Three night minimum required.  Also a bottle of champagne welcomes your arrival.  50% of the total is required when, placing your reservation.  The remainder is due upon check in.  Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.  We are flexible with check in and check out times depending on if, anyone else is arriving or departing on the same days.  There is a $75.00 cleaning fee.  We wash all your towels and linens while you are guests here  Customer service is very important to us.  (Holidays and Launch dates are excluded from special pricing ) also, discounts are not included with specials.

We also provide a 10% discounts for military, NASA or Kennedy Space Center contractors and senior citizens.

We except VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express credit cards. We will provide a credit for those who have extenuating circumstances and need to cancel a reservation.
