Cara Mia's Blue Rose is a taste of Miami and Key West in Cocoa Beach

Hello, thank you for taking the time to stop by. It is 7:00p.m. in the evening here. The weather is cool and crisp. The sun is setting and there are several different shades of pink and purple in the sky. This is what everyone waits for in Florida. I know up north it is way too cold. I saw the reports of ice storms and early snow fall. Now it is time to come down and enjoy this glorious weather. I am a native Floridian and we have had an extended summer. I was so happy to be able to put a sweater on. The beach is equally gorgeous. Finally, all the sand that was pumped in five years ago is compacted. The beach is very wide now and the sand up near the boardwalk feels like sugar between my toes. If you like riding bikes or skim boarding. Everyone is doing those things again now. I am offering incredible rates. The economy has been difficult for all of us. We are no acception. Our villas are tucked away on a private estate. We are in South Cocoa Beach. It is quiet here. But, for those that enjoy the night life. We are only minutes away from downtown and Port Canaveral. Also, an hour from Orlando. Book now to lock in rates and your vacation. I know this week everything will probably get busy. If you have visited the site in the past and thought, that is where I want to stay. Please do not hesitate to call. I would not want anyone to be dissappointed. I have done this and was so upset when told I am sorry but, you should have called one month ago. I am going to show case the upstairs villa. This villa is exquisite. "Earnest Hemingway's Starry Starry Night in Paris"   The pictures really do not do these villas justice. They are Fabulous. There is nothing that compares to them in the surrounding areas... You would literally have to drive to Miami or Key West. If, they had been ready in time last year. Kurt Russel and Goldie Hawn were looking for a place to stay. One of my contacts had told them about our villas. He asked me when they would be completed. Unfortunately, they would not have been ready in time. This brings up something else I should mention. If any of you do need confidentiality agreements signed. There is not a problem with that. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and secure. Many celebrities travel here and I want all of my guests to feel like they are celebrities. This is why I spent so much time, tears, and love into creating these villas. I am a perfectionist. I was a stylist. I am refering to styling people. It is truly an art. My grandmother and I used to  sew all of my clothes. I have lots of stories and could go on forever. But, let your heart decide where you want to stay. Best Wishes, ELLE P.S. Hello everyone, it is almost noon here and the weather is awesome. My husband and I have been talking about extending the summer deal. We know everyone has been touched by these severe economic times. We are no acception to this either. This is why we wanted to do something special. EVERYONE needs time to relax and unwind. If not, you cannot be your best at whatever you do in life.    I want to mention I have not used the calendars yet.For the month of February" Marilyn Monroe's Hollywood East is booked." We have had so many inquiries on that villa. We do have "Earnest Hemmingway's Starry Starry Night's in Paris." I am getting busy. Many people are calling now and deciding about their vacations. I cannot stress the importance of making your decisions now. I have been put in precarious situations when, a deposit is not given to hold your reservation. I have always been a fair person and whomever contacts me first, I will extend that individual first dibs on the property. But, I am going to need a deposit from here on. I have had people say they want the property and I will hold it for them and then someone else is left out. Then I will get a phone call stating the first individuals I worked with cannot make it. This is not fair to me or anyone else. Competition is fierce right now. What makes me sad is good people get hurt. Paul and I have put our heart and souls into this property and especially the villas. The rate we have them at now. We are not even breaking even. But, they cannot sit empty. We are not rich. We are just like everybody else. We have grown children and grandchildren. I am disabled and I do not qualify for, disability. Because, I do not have enough credits. We do not receive goverment help. We are just two people that had an idea a long time ago. We put all of our savings into these villas with the hope that other people would come here and stay. Taking back fond memories that would last a lifetime of this magical little piece of paradise. Time is so precious. We never know what tomorrow holds.God Bless, Elle

Downstairs villa (Marilyn Monroe's Hollywood East) This villa is absolutely, breathtaking.  The colors are perfectly matched.  You will feel like a movie star when staying in this villa. Everthing is art deco.  In the master bedroom we ordered carpeting and the name of it is,"HOLLYWOOD SHAG".  It feels like silk between your toes.  The rest of the carpet is. exotic ZEBRA. The photographs and art are authentic.  I have mixed true antiques from that era with new ASHLEY signature furniture.  If you want decadence.  This is the suite for you! Miami meets Hollywood.  The kitchen is really awesome.  We provide everything for you.  Your beach towels also meet the theme.  Bring your tiara and become a starlet.  For, the guys you might just want to bring a good cigar and a bow tie.  Come and have fun.  Live a fantasy.  I am sure you will have alot of great memories to cherish for a lifetime.  Every time I walk into this villa.  I think of the movie "GOLDFINGER" with Sean Connery.  "How do you like your martini?" "shaken or stirred?" There are privacy decks with lovely outdoor dinettes with each villa.

The villa comes with cable TV with central A/C and heating.  Luxurious bed linens and towels are also included.  The kitchen has full size appliances, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and utensils.  The villa also comes equipted with champagne,  martini and wine glasses with wine cooler and opener.   The villas have decks with tables and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoor. 

If you want to hang out on Cocoa Beach's finest beach this is for you.  You can go surfing, surf fish, walk or relax and get a tan on the beach just seconds away.  The villas are also close to some of Cocoa Beach's finest restaurants.  Listen to Jazz, Blues or a Rock Band at one of the great beach bars in town. Other thing to do that are close, go deep sea fishing or take a cuise on one of the casino ships at Port Canaveral.  Play a round of golf at the Cocoa Beach Country Club.  Spend a day at Kennedy Space Center Complex and see the space shuttle or a missile launch.  Visit the worlds largest surf shop Ron Jon's Surf shop or any of the other surf shops in town.  See some of the most amazing dinosaur fossils at the Dinosaur Store and Museum.  Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are just an hour away.  World famous Daytona International Speedway with Daytona USA Racing is only 90 minutes north.

From now the rate is 99.00 a night with a 3 night minimum, we provide champagne and chocolates upon your arrival.  The weekend package would start on a Friday and go through Sunday.  Checkout would be on Monday morning.  This is definately a good time to book.    The weekend deal would only be $297 and if you plan on staying for one week the deal gets even sweeter your savings are $357.00 over the normal $150.00 a night price.  These are great deals.  We know times are difficult for everyone right now.  Everyone needs to get a little rest and relaxation.  We hope you will book with us.
