Queretaro is a beautiful colonial city, only 200 km North of Mexico City. It is home to the Autonomous University of Queretaro (the Schools of Philosophy and History are in the same block of this house), but it also has other Universities, such as the ITESM (Tec de Monterrey), Universidad del Valle de Mexico, and Universidad Anahuac. The Neuroscience Department of the UNAM is only a 20 minute drive away.

The location for this house could not be better. It is right at the center of downtown! Only two blocks away from the main square, and right in front of the Parroquia de Santiago, the catholic Church of the patron Saint of the City. Many nice restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and downtown Queretaro is full of life in the afternoons, evenings and nights! However, as the location of the house isin a non-commercial street means you get all of the fun, without any of the noise.

A parking lot is located right next door to the house, and space is available for just USD$60/month. There is a school where you can take Spanish courses literally two doors away!
