large lake connected to the St.Johns River. The ranch house is 12
years old and located near Deland, Fla which is 30 minutes West of
Daytona Beach and 50 minutes N. of Orlando. There is no other
property in Fl. like the ranch for rent. It is one of a kind for
those who want total seclusion and privacy yet want to be close the
beaches and within one hour of the Orlando attractions. Enjoy swimming in the screened in pool or
relax in the hottub. We also have high speed wireless internet and fee long distance phone service
in the US and Canada. The ranch also has a dock with boat rentals close by or rent a boat at several
rental places nearby. The ranch is perfect for weddings, family reunions or company functions.
