Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.  Kitchen appliances include flat top stove/oven, side by side fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal.  Full sized washer and dryer also in unit.  There is also a screened in linai in the back.  Unit is located close to pool.  Basic cable on all TV's is included in the rent. Local and unlimited long distance telephone in the United States is included.Use of 18 hole Exuctive par 3 golf course with driving range and pro shop is included. A one time $100 transfer of membership fee is required for golfing.  Golf carts are about $25 per round. Terrace 1 is one of the only communities that has their own lighted tennis court.

Minutes to Fort Myer's beach with chartered fishing and boating available.  Day-trips to Key West via jetboat.  Many shops and restaurants on the beach.  Blocks from Hammond Feild (where the MN Twins have spring training) also the Red Sox's new stadium is about 2 miles away.  There are also community pool parties every Monday night. The Cross Creek club house has a very friendly bar and great meals most every night, plus social activities.
