Fully equipped, remodeled studio condo located on the 10th floor overlooking the Gulf ofMexico.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a walkin shower with tile seat and upscale plumbing fixtures, granite sink, and enclosed washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ample pans, dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, blender,crock pot etc.. It has a self cleaning stove, overhead microwave, and an instant hot water system.
The bedroom area has a king size bed, dresser and walkin closet. The living room couch opens to a queen size bed.
All linens are supplied including bedding and multiple sets of bath, kitchen and beach towels.
Cable TV, VCR, DVD, new 32inch flat screen TV, and phone with free local calls.
Beach umbrella, chairs and beach towels are provided.
No smoking or pets please.

The property backs on the bay and has water access to the gulf.
Ample free parking is available next to the building.

The entrance to Barefoot Beach Preserve is also across the street. This county park has extensive beach area, nature walkways and displays, canoe and kayak rentals, and a snack bar.
Good restaurants, grocery stores, boat and bike rentals, and everything else from clothing to hardware stores are within a couple miles
Many Golf Courses, State Parks, The Dog Track, Flamingo Flea Market, Old Bonita Springs Farmers Market, and Miromar Shopping Mall are among places you may wish to visit.
