The bedroom area has a king size bed, dresser and walkin closet.  The living room couch opens to a queen size bed.

All linens are supplied including bedding and multiple sets of bath, kitchen and beach towels.
Cable TV, VCR, DVD, phone, beach umbrella and chairs are provided.

No smoking or pets please.

The building has 2 elevators, and a swimming pool and sundeck are located directly behind the building.

The complex has 2 heated swimming pools, 10 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Bocci Ball, Shuffle Board, Golf Putting area and Bar B Q grills.

Also on site are a Party Room, Restaurant, Beauty Salon and Massage Facility.

The property backs on the bay and has water access to the gulf.

Ample parking is available next to the building.

Directly across the street is the beach with Jet Skis, Parasailing, and other attractions available.  Doc's Beach House is there.

The entrance to Barefoot Beach Preserve is also across the street. This county park has extensive beach area, nature walkways and displays, canoe and kayak rentals, and a snack bar.

Good restaurants, grocery stores, boat and bike rentals, and everything else from clothing to hardware stores are within a couple miles

Many Golf Courses, State Parks, The Dog Track, Flamingo Flea Market, Old Bonita Springs Farmers Market, and Miromar Shopping Mall are among places you may wish to visit.
