$100 cleaning fee additional at end of stay

20% deposit required at booking; balance due 45 days before occupancy, along with $200 security deposit (which will not be cashed unless necessary to cover damages, and will be returned within 5 days of a satisfactory inspection after vacating the premises).  Add 11.5% tax.
