                      THE PUNTA MITA AREA
Spectacular Punta Mita, located just two-and-a-half hours from Los 
Angeles, three hours from San Francisco, five hours from Chicago and 
New York, and just 30 minutes on the new four-lane highway from the 
Puerto Vallarta airport, is home to the massive Four Seasons gated 
master community that also includes facilities by Starwood and St. 
Regis, two waterfront golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and 
multimillion dollar villas. Surrounded on three sides by the Four 
Seasons and a fourth by the tranquil waters of Banderas Bay is the 
village of El Anclote, which features several excellent restaurants, 
and the sleepy village of Emiliano Zapata, which is home to the new 
18-unit El Faro condo complex.

vacation in privacy. And now that Puerto Vallarta traffic has 
exploded, many long time vacationers there have moved to the much 
more peaceful Punta Mita.


          THE EL FARO REAL II CONDO COMPLEX AT PUNTA MITA
       All El Faro Real units are 'Truly Right on the Beach!
The seven-story, El Faro Real complex, completed in September 
of ‘06, is right on the beach, and the terraces look directly down 
on the 80-ft long infinity pool and the beautiful blue tropical 
waters of Banderas Bay. During the winter, whales are a daily sight, 
and in the summer dorado can be seen cornering bait fish near the 
shore. The southern exposure means unparalleled views of the sun 
from dawn to dusk, as well as the sailboats, and the picturesque 
four-mile distant Tres Marietas Island natural reserve.

The experienced American builder/developer of  El Faro gave special 
care to the project because it’s his full time residence. The pool 
water, for example, is kept clean with an ozone filter rather than 
using chlorine, and despite the small size of the complex, it has 
its own water desalinization plant and back-up generator system.

A dazzling two-story, 2,500 sq ft penthouse on the 6th and 7th 
floors -the highest elevation allowed at Punta Mita - which includes

    ALL  El FARO REAL UNITS ARE TRULY RIGHT ON THE BEACH!
Unlike some so-called “oceanfront” units in Punta Mita and 
elsewhere, which are separated from the water by restaurants and the 
main road, at high tide the Cielo y Mar units are separated by 
nothing more than the unit’s gorgeous infinity pool! No matter if 
you are looking from inside the units or out on the terrace, all you 
see is the pool, the sea, and the sky! No units are closer to the 
water than those at El Faro!
           

Activities and Attractions

                         ACTIVITIES

Nature Watching - In the winter months it’s common to see whales 
breaching in the distance and even swimming to within a couple of 
hundred yards of the condos. Fish boils and seabirds are everywhere. 
In the calm months of summer, you can see dorado chase bait fish to 
the shore and corner them.

                                       
Swimming - The El Faro Pool, which features two long lap lanes uses 
an ozone filter, meaning no chlorine. The bay waters are fabulous, 
with temperatures usually in the 80s.

Beach walking - There are miles of uncrowded beaches without 
annoying vendors.

Dining - Ten restaurants, from Italian to Mediterranean, within a 
five-minute walk. 

Surfing - There are more surf spots within one mile of El Faro than 
anywhere in     Mexico, with waves suitable for beginners to 
experts. There’s even a  break right in front of the complex! Surf 
lessons can be  arranged on the beach.       

Fishing -  Tuna over 300 pounds are caught within 15 miles.
Fishing excursions can be arranged at the panga marina.

Sailing - Banderas Bay offers the best and most consistent sailing 
in Mexico.
                     
Island Trips  - Rays, big sharks, whales, they’re all just four 
miles away at Isla Tres Marietas. The panga tour boats leave from 
the harbor just 200 yards from El Faro.

Side trips - Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, Yelapa, Jungle Canopy.

Canopy tour

Buses leave to Puerto Vallarta every twenty minutes, and the price 
is just one dollar. You can have a great Punta Mita vacation without 
having to rent a car!
