As the photo shows, the view is of the island with Rachel Carson
Wildlife Sanctuary, to the left is Cape Porpoise harbor,to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.
2 bedrooms with double beds plus 1 bedroom with twin beds. Also daybed in extra sitting
room. Gas fireplace (can be used in Maine in the summer!).
Upstairs deck with fantastic water views, and another deck screened and private.
All kitchen equipment (but the dishwasher is on the end of your
arms), towels, linens are furnished. Washer and dryer.
2.5 miles to Dock Square, Kennebunkport. One mile to Bush home.
Small rocky/sandy beach 50 ft. away, but the Maine ocean is chilly!
Kennebunk Beach, Parsons Beach and Goose Rocks Beach minutes away..
Cable TV, DVD player and Hi-speed DSL internet furnished.
2 Kayaks and 2 bikes on site. Paddle to Cape Porpoise(one of the
principal Maine lobstering ports) or out to see the seals. At low tide
walk across to Vaughn's Island(the 58 acre Rachel Carson Wildlife
sanctuary visible in the photos). Weber grill, etc, etc.
Visit nearby Lobster Pounds(restaurants) or cook 'em in our pot.
Easily accessible from Portland airport or from Boston to Portland
Amtrak train.

Antiques. Biking. Kayaking. Great world-class and family restaurants
in area. Lobster boat cruise, tourist sailing ship, and whale watch cruises nearby.

without "snooty" feel. Cape Porpoise,Goose Rocks Beach,Wells and
Ogunquit nearby. Or fine to just chill out.
2.5 hours drive to Mt. Washington and the Mt.Wash. Cog railway.
3 hours drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.
1.5 hours to Boston and Logan Airport.
40 minutes to Portland and Portland Airport.
40 minutes to Portsmouth, NH.
20 minutes to Ogunquit.

(All for Saturday at 3:00 PM to Saturday checkout at 11:00 AM.) We only rent by the week.
