The master bedroom has a 36’ Sony T.V.  Both bedrooms have king size beds.  There is a full-sized aero bed, if additional sleeping area is needed. The house is well-equipped with cooking and entertaining essentails, as well as nice linens and towels.

There are two spacious patios, fronting directly on the golf course; one off of the living room, and one off of the master bedroom.  Have breakfast on either patio and watch the golfers chip up to the green.  The patios have a glass top umbrella table, and four side chairs, along with two lounges and side chairs.  In addition there is a new double burner Weber Gas barbeque grill, on the patio.

The unit has an attached, and enclosed two-car garage.  There is a large raft in the garage for use in the recently remodeled pool, hot tub and cabana, located directly across the street from the unit.  Relax by the pool; there are beautiful views of the Santa Rosa mountains.
